Our trip to Peru was nothing short of spectacular—an unforgettable blend of breathtaking sights, rich culture, and exceptional planning. From the moment we arrived, every detail was meticulously taken care of by Ayelet, making the experience stress-free and seamless. The highlight, of course, was our visit to Machu Picchu—a magical place that lived up to our expectations. Equally impressive were the vibrant streets of Cusco, the serene Sacred Valley, and the bustling charm of Lima. Each destination offered something unique, from colonial architecture to Incan history to stunning natural landscapes. A true standout of the trip was the kosher Peruvian cuisine—absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We enjoyed authentic, flavorful, plentiful dishes like quinoa stews, grilled meats, fresh ceviche alternatives, and native fruits, all prepared under reliable kosher supervision. It was such a delight to explore local food without compromise. This was a fun-filled, bucket-list vacation with just the right balance of adventure, culture, and comfort, including stays at beautiful hotels. Whether hiking the Andes, exploring colorful markets, or enjoying a relaxing Shabbat with warm local Chabad hospitality, every moment was thoughtfully curated and unforgettable. Peru is a not-to-miss destination—especially when done right. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a meaningful, exciting, and kosher-friendly adventure!

Traveling through Peru with Ayelet was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Her tour was thoughtfully curated, offering an incredible blend of local culture, history, and breathtaking scenery. Each stop was both informative and beautiful. Thanks to her meticulous planning, we had access to knowledgeable guides and delicious kosher Peruvian cuisine. Ayelet went above and beyond, even personally negotiating with locals so I could bring home a handmade chess set. The trip exceeded all expectations, and I would gladly do it all over again.

Our family has gone on five wonderful winter vacations with Ayelet and Glatt Kosher Vacations. Ayelet carefully picks gorgeous resorts with lots to do for every member of the family. The food is great as is Ayelet’s concern for every detail. What sets her winter break program apart is the wonderful staff she brings to care for the children. Instead of simply sending your children to the resort’s kids camp, GKV counselors take care of your children at the resort facilities, providing them with all of the fun in an appropriate atmosphere. This allows even reticent children to trot off happily without even a backward glance! In the evening, you have the option of early dinner for the children and later they can attend a fun night activity while the parents eat alone. It has been a true vacation every time we’ve gone. We get to spend time together as a family AND we get time to spend as a couple!

We just came back from our trip and I feel I must express my thanks to Glatt Kosher Vacations , for our amazing vacations . The hotel was beautiful, the meals were delicious and the weather could not be beat.

I had a great time on the trip. It was one of the best vacations I never went on . Everything was done well .The hotel was beautiful and I had a blast using its facilities, such a numerous pools. It was a fantastic trip.

We had a dream family vacation in Turks and Caicos. Ayelet took care of everything so that we could enjoy a glatt kosher all inclusive program at a world class resort. During the day there was plenty for everyone to do, from scuba diving to wind surfing and we dined in a different location every night. I look forward to bringing the family back next  year and hopefully for years to come!!

Ayelet’s program at beaches Turks & Caicos is excellent. The resort is wonderful and the food  was excellent. Our family has gone for two years–a perfect family vacation.
